In a talk jointly presented by the Autodesk VPs of Global Services and Global Named Accounts, Autodesk discusses how they are fundamentally redefining the roles and responsibilities of their Sales and Services organizations to support the company’s transition from a 35 year-old product company to a state-of-the-art SaaS provider. The presentation focusses on how Autodesk is using insights drawn from the TSIA LAER model to reshape traditional jobs and create new roles needed to address the new demands brought about by their impending switch-over to an all-subscription software business.
