    How is MS office SaaS?

I would consider google sheets as SaaS – I didn’t have to install or upgrade it.
Although MS Office came pre-installed, I still have to upgrade it myself – is he talking about the online version of MS office?

It’ll be great if someone can clarify this.
    TIA

They write behind a glass board which they write normally, when the video is captured, the text is backwards. In editing, they flip the video so the text is readable(that is why they are writing with their left hand, assuming they are right handed).
